Through the thematic areas you can explore decent work from a programmatic angle. To illustrate, projects often aim specifically to create additional jobs through supporting entrepreneurs, or to train young people to improve their chances of finding (decent) employment. Unpacking the decent work pillars in this fashion, has resulted in the thirteen thematic areas listed below.
