ILO Pillars

Based on the 4 strategic objectives of ILO's decent work agenda, the toolbox rests on 4 pillars of decent work.
In addition, a 5th pillar was formulated to host cross-cutting thematic areas.
Per pillar, the toolbox provides thematic areas, resources, related projects, and guidance on improving the working conditions to align with decent work criteria.
